Pros

Heavy construction, well machined and very accurate parts. Very durable and sturdy.

Only complaint is the benchtop clamp which doesn't grip the table tight enough. Just attach it to your table. Holds small items with ease.

It comes in a nice stowaway bag, which is fine for a guy without a workbench. It comes w/a nice case for storing the vise when you don't want to use and want to store it.

Small, lightweight and portable. Easy to setup and take down. Use it to sharpen my lathe tools.

Cons

This product is very cheaply made. Metal casting is full of air holes. Clamp on depth is shallow.
