Pros

Great news. It is heavenly. I can't imagine anyone not liking this topper, it's nearly perfect. This is fantastic.

Cons

First, it sleeps very hot. The foam cover is a stretchy material that bunches and walks on top of the foam mattress. I need a firmer feel being a side sleeper.

The bamboo cooling infused mattress is not as firm as it said it would be. The foam is not very firm, it holds the indentations from body shape. Did not help to soften my firm mattress.

I bought this because my crappy serta hybrid mattress was sagging and it’s only three years old

Price

Definitely worth every dime at the price point of 170

With all that said for the price so far im impressed

We paid 8400 for a split king

I debated between a 100 topper and this one which was 200

Quick delivery and was expanded in four hours

They responded quickly to my questions and we’re extremely helpful and professional

I was really impressed to received the delivery just one day after i ordered it

I got my refund quickly and the process was just so easy

Packaging/appearance

No smell soft actually fits the mattress well made packaging was good and easy to open

Return it in its original packaging for a refund an impossible task

The topper did come tightly compressed in a box and it had a slight smell after opening it

Then i found this one that came in its own removeable cover and decided to check it out

Competitiveness

I have tried several different mattress toppers and this one is by far much better

So i was about to spend double on a different brand and looked at the reviews and decided to try this one

I have no other memory foam or hybrid to compare this to so i really cannot say how it compares
