Pros
Good product, works great. Important to following curing instructions and to tighten down after 1 hour as per instructions on tube.
Cons
The instructions advise laying down an even bead. Did not even form a skin after 24 hours, let alone dry/cure. I now have to repeat the lengthy procedure again.

I must say i am impressed i have not had any issues with the sealant since i applied it no oil leaks

It does the job well and is impervious to hot alcohol and water vapor but unfortunately one use is all i ever get out of a tube

By the time i need it again a hard plug has invariably formed in the upper part of the tube if one screws down the cap too tightly to try to prevent the silicone from setting the plastic cap splits

Ive tried several things even dipping the tube top in wax to prevent it drying out but once the aluminium seal is punctured the products days are numbered

The temperature there is beyond the stated maximum the sealant should resist
