Pros

Works for dermatitis and other skin issues. I use this for diaper rash on my children. My son has eczema and we have tried everything to help his dry patches.

Cons

The smell is so bad i can't even tolerate it on my feet. The jar is tiny. The price seems way too high for what you get.
