Bought two of these placed them less than 20 feet apart on the fence – right in the face of the barking dogs

I am angry now because i did not return them on time i pulled them off the fence and stuck them in my garage and kind of forgot about them until the other day but apparently you can only return these for 30 days

First of all this product took over 30 days to arrive which is ridiculous but it comes directly from china so go figure
