The reel is designed well. There are also straps that come with it to anchor the reel to the deck. This makes removing that heavy solar cover a breeze. I probably have to order 4 more clips because i feel i need to change where it grabs the pool cover... Read More

Cost a few dollars more and worth it

Its a costeffective ecofriendly solution that not only maintains water warmth but also significantly cuts down on heating expenses

The reel is good for the price point

But all in all given the cost recommended

Shipping

I thought the order was shipped incomplete initiated the return

Sent an email on april 28th which is listed on the instruction manual

Was missing the straps but customer service sent them quickly

I explained my dilemma vingli shipped me the wheel assembly free

Packaging/appearance

I received just one box and everything was inside roller was in a separate box inside the first box

Apologized that the tracking info only displayed 1 box thus i couldnt know there was a 2nd box

I got 1 box it contained the horizontal 18 roller

Competitiveness

I strongly urge this company to get better instructions as they have a nice product at a fair price
