Between the hot water, calming scent and epsom salt it is a extremely helpful to assist with my muscle aches before bed. My muscles enjoy soaking in the tub.

The scent is comforting, sweet, & not at all overpowering. My bathroom smelled so nice during and afterwards. Love the scent.
