D grooves really seem to lift up the dirt! Delivered ready assembled. Works fine as a mop and doesn't smell or crumble with age. Works well for bedrooms, hall and landing floors.

Only used to mop shower and disintegrated in 5 weeks. Plastic mechanism that squeezes the mop comes apart as well - and is a bit problematic to put back in place.

It's flimsy and rubbish. Very poor, shoddy item. Total rubbish and replacement heads are grossly expensive. It's almost a fantasy item, dreamed up by a designer who thinks he/she should work for dyson.

Mop has a tendency to snap parts when using the 'wringer' mechanism. Prone to parts jamming and breaking. Plastic parts that enable the wringing mechanism don't hold.
