This is another product that pleasantly surprised me! It is portable, easy to use in vehicle or anywhere, convenient to transport.

When the heat is on, it has a red light to help you know when its on so no guessing if it is or not. The heat feature is awesome and helps ease my neck pain quickly and helps lessen my migraine.

Cons

This item is so dangerous. It was plugged in for less than a minute and started popping. After a few month and minimal use (10 times tops) the speed is extremely slow and no longer heats. The machine will be thrown in the landfill.
