Pros

This is honestly the best 30 dollars i've ever spent. The motor is strong and the two patterns of rotation suffice for what i use this for. Worth every penny.

Cons

They sent me screenshots of communications with other customers to prove that they were trustworthy. I was promised a refund but never got it. Very disappointed at the durability/quality.

This is the hardest massage pillow i've ever used. The mixture of the heat and tough grinding is not good for sensitive skin. It's very uncomfortable to use.

It works well for the 1st week; after that it'll make noises. It only works (worked) when plugged in. Now, when you lean back on it, it stops working.
