I used one of these for a nodial telephone based intercom system as telephones are usually more reliable than the purpose made intercom systems and a wider selection of stations as they still make nodial phones and old nodial phones will work with this too

Dial phones will work with this box too but nodial phones look the part and cant be confused with a normal phone
