Cons
It is heavy and clunky. I do not like its soft, rubbery feel. However, it has been cut through in dozens of places by my knives after only a few uses.

It is super easy to clean and the flexible design makes it so much easier to pour diced veggies into narrow pans
Cleans well bends for transferring food to the pot never slips on the counter while chopping and chops quietly
It is heavy and hence it does not slide when being used
It hugs the counter while in use
Price
I imagine this will be something i will get used to with time recommend this product especially for the low cost

It is large does not slide around flexible and yet thick enough to be substantial

It becomes a problem when im trying to slide cut food into a pot or throw stems away id need a third hand to be able to hold it and move food around
