Pros

It comes in multiple sizes, the 5oz is best for the two of us. First found out when visited florida and request to bring some back for business colleague. This item is always in our pantry.

The rice is amazing but please, stop the price gouging. Everyone we serve it to, also enjoys it. Best authentic spanish rice to make paella.

Cons

It is like soaking the grains in the sink. Absolutely horrible. Flavor is weak on saffron.

All the boxed varieties just didnt do well in anything but a saucepan

I make this in our zojirushi rice cooker but i add half a cup less of water than the package says otherwise it’s mushy
