This switcher feels hefty and is made out of metal instead of cheap plastic

The fix i found for this was to use the ac power adapter that comes with the switcher instead of relying on power through hdmi

The lights are pretty but its next to impossible to tell what input is active with the color pattern on the face of the switcher

This device was installed along side a toslink switch splitter which alas created some conflicts with remotes and ultimately i had to use a different device

The switch did seem to work ok outside of these issues

In addition the device comes with a small remote control that is about the length of a credit card and about twothirds the width

The only reason im not giving this device 5 stars is that not all of the inputs are on the back of the device
