Pros
The fragrance of this cinnamon is amazing. The flavor is more intense. Stong flavor.
This one is superlative. Nothing else compares. I use it in cooking, but topping a large latte with this cinnamon makes everybody rave about it.
Since this claimed to have 5% oil content, it is well-suited for this. This cinnamon is incredible! It works great!
Full-flavored, fresh, and delicious. I keep it sprinkled along the edges of my windowsills and cabinets.
Cons
Flavor is very mild compared to a another brand i used to buy. No sweetness at all, no kick at the end. No aroma.

Most of the stuff that we buy here in america is usually ground up bark with a little bit of cinnamon oil put on it
