Problem is the largest one a medium is so small i can’t get it much passed my knee so i can’t use it

In my case the garter is very small on me and while i was still able to use it to hold my insulin pump it was uncomfortably tight

It was extremeley tight around my thigh not comfortable at all and after wearing it for 2 minutes with nothing in it it had rolled into itself
