I previously had a tilting tv mount the tilt portion was poorly constructed just like all tilting mounts so it was tilting too much no matter how much i tightened the bolts

Be ready to get crafty use some extra parts and take your tv off the wall to plug anything in but i knew what i was getting in to from the other reviews

Getting the unit completely leveled on the wall was slightly more difficult as the two halves of the bracket didnt perfectly align but with a little time nudging it around everything worked out
