Bt range is not huge but adequate. My only negative to state is bluetooth range seems short. Works to about 20 ft to my ipad 5gen. If range isn't an issue, this will be a great addition.
This shunt is fantastic, always connects easily to my bluetooth and provides accurate data. It also seems reasonable and consistent with my amp clamp. Victron are happy to sell you a module to connect to the wire and move the bluetooth source further ... Read More

It's just a brick with a blue flashing light on it, to me. It’s not smart as i need to guess at the soc and recalibrate.

4 stars for rather high price for a shunt but i would recommend for lithium batteries
You get more than what you pay for here

Cheap ones are just that if you want true values and reliability nothing beats victron shunts imo
It is possible to find better for cheaper
The victron solar controller i have is pretty much the same however the victron bmv has a much larger range

Like many buyers a little dissapointed in blue tooth range but my device is fully enclosed in heavy metal enclosure

Do however see devices that must be in other stored rvs some distance away

However being the setup has guaranteed electromagnetic interference due to all the wiring and also using other victron bluetooth enabled devices the complaint is minimal compared to the ease of data access

You will know the net charge or discharge going to battery for example with solar charge going in and using tv or lights etc using power can see if battery still being charged and how much or is being discharged
