Pros

The trap itself is easy to set-up, but it works best on a newer active tunnel. Remove most of the loose soil from the mound.

Cons

The spring is so strong, the only way i could set the trap was by gripping the frame in a bench vice and using two hands with gloves on. It's very difficult to pull up and latch. Very hard to set, have to set on a bench before putting into place.

The trap works better now, but jumps out of the ground without spiking the mole. The problem is that the moles can now go under it without worry because the sensor plate doesn't get disturbed enough.

This one is junk. Di not buy this *. This trap would be better suited for something much larger.

When i go to set the trap it pops back up and smacks my fingers. The lock thing keeps pullingout of the locking part, will not stay locked. Call their customer service number, told them product defective. Response your out of warranty.

Ive used these traps before for moles and have had very good results

There is a bit of a learning curve setting it up but once you get the feel for it the trap works like a charm.

After a little over a month, i got the hang of it and over the course of about 4 months i have caught 11 moles with 4-5 different traps.

They have very sharp points like new plastic mold trap

It has been 10 days and i've seen no new activity.

Trap was delivered on saturday, went outside, set it up on an active tunnel.
