This is a good quality pillow that i can reccomend
It is smaller than i thought but that hasn’t taken away the quality of the pillow in any way

Only down side to this is i wish it was the size of a regular pillow so that i could use cotton pillowcases with it however it should be fairly easy to make something to fit

It comes with its own pillow case that can easily be removed for washing pillow case is 100 polyester
