These are my first gummies and also the first time i try an herbal combination. Sublingual, capsule, tablet etc. Work, probably as well as any other melatonin gummy.

Personally, i love them, but i can see how it'd be problematic if you're prone to nightmares. It’s hard to tell with. Everyone is different.

Taste isn't bad but i don't exactly crave them. What sets this one apart from compatible like products is that they’re (1) deliciously satisfying and (2) they're awfully expensive.
