The only product i've found that works to induce sleepiness. This is the first otc product that actually worked and made me feel like i slept normally. I take it 1 hour before bedtime and it works every time.
The taste is very sweet but in a good way you can really taste the chamomile in this. Also, he likes the way it tastes--says it tastes like old-school children's medicine in a comforting way.

The flavor is good and effective in helping me fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night but when it shipped the lid came shattered in several pieces which makes the bottle very difficult to open
