Sticks are great, but the mallet head is cheap looking. Versatile & well-balanced. Provides for a variety of tones for all acoustic percussion. They are awesome and sound great on the drums.

Many of the songs that we play have fast movement switches in the song where a switch to mallets or from mallets would be either impossible or extremely difficult

Up front if you are looking for mallets that you will mainly use on cymbals i recommend the zildjian model that has yarn heads

The beater heads on the mallets seem sturdy enough but since i am using them for four songs and am not gigging much these days i cannot be specific regarding longevity

Having a dual purpose mallet that can be flipped and used as a stick is a nice touch but frankly not a feature that i much use
