Sometimes you have to click through all of the settings 10 before it stops but sometimes holding it for 23 seconds works to turn it off

It is water proof i have to be honest i did not test that part out i value my girly bits and the mere chance of a shock or something going awry just makes bits of me pucker id rather not mention

This vibe is silicone coated the nice soft silky silicone i notice the description says silent umm
