Love the relaxing feeling with the heat itprovides
The only drawback is that it is pretty noisy especially on high but i am willing to deal with that for the relief i get from this product
Now for someone who likes alot of heat then i wouldnt suggest this product

The controls are on the flap and work well but i wear glasses and the controls are too close for me to see them clearly
