It has a repeating countdown timer, which is what i use. It's also been good to practice numbers that get easily mixed up. Works beautifully for my daughter with adhd.

We're under a strict regiment by a urologist that requires going to the bathroom every 2. Hours. It seems to have trained her mind and potty to go every hour and a half. The fact she's in control has been empowering!
Cons
I suspect the battery was dead on arrival. I have no idea how to unscrew, replace, or even if it is replaceable.
I am not sure why it stopped working, nor if it should be consider a childs watch if perchance the malfunction is due to normal child play. After a frustrating hour could not get the alarm function to work.

Wish there were more options in silicone band as they were hard to find also would have liked to have an activity tracker with multiple alarms but wasnt able to find one
