Pros
This knife is the nicest kitchen knife i have ever seen. The craftsmanship looks beautiful. Very well crafted.
The only downside is that it is too heavy for even my strongest wall magnets for knives. I use knifes like this for my cooking videos and they never disappoint!
It carves great, and is easy to hold, use, and clean. Arrived sharp enough to easily do the paper to slicing test. My husband uses this mainly to slice spare ribs and bread.
Cons
The dimples are not forged into the metal, they appear to be ground out. The edge has the wrong profile for cutting brisket (axe/chopper profile) however knife is not sharp at all, doesn’t even cut paper, very disappointing….

This is not an everyday knife it would be used for slicing roasts such as brisket tritip prime rib or ham

It includes a sharpener which i used on the knife because it didnt seem very sharp

It did help sharpen it but when i tried the paper test it did not cut through smoothly

I removed a star because of this and also because the printing on the blade is pretty faded

Make sure you pick up a knife sharpener here on amazon preferably the kind that have ceramic and diamond rods that stick up shaped like a v
