The unit heats up to operating temp in about an hour from room temp

My only complaint is that the temp regulator only worked on the first use

In other words i set the temp to 50 deg c on the first use it got to temp and stayed there

On subsequent uses i have the temp set at 50 deg c but the temp continues to climb past 50 54 56 i have to manually turn the heater off once it reaches the desired temp

Good item reasonable price but had to take apart and tighten drain because it was leaking the solution onto the table
