Pros
The extended nozzle is terrific, once it is setup properly (no directions included). It is. But, for me, the biggest advantage is the added value of the squeeze nozzle - it makes administration much easier. Easy to use with the bent spout.
Gel is slightly on the sticky side and gum line looks much better and not as red and inflamed. The straw is very nice.
Her breath is odor free, teeth are beautiful, and her gum irritation was healed.
This is not what the instructions say, but it works for me. I've bought this several times, elsewhere when it's a few bucks less. We practically run a sanctuary, and save where we can.
Cons
A nozzle is better than no nozzle at all. It seems to be a consistent problem that the shipper sends incomplete product. I speculate that shipper buys the defective items and sells them to us.

This product arrived very quickly which was good because my cat needed it right away
Competitiveness
I used a brand no longer carried and have searched for something similar and this has basically the same ingredients
I am not saying he enjoys it but at least he shows himself way more comfortable than with other brands
Vetone chlorazinc rinse is a better product because it does the job without the sticky sweetness left by other similar products

I have them sit in front of me on the floor after their meals and put the nozzle at the back teeth squeezing a small amount of the liquid on each side

It wont prevent nasty cavities and gum erosion but it really does help keep a lot of the plaque off the teeth and helps clean the mouth
