The next size up is large enough so if she poops it traps it in the diaper, where the small size would squeeze out the tail hole. It is a little tricky to get a tall dog like baby to allow us to diaper her.

They are absorbent enough but the fit is bad. They leak all over her backside and on whichever surface she is laying on. They constantly fall off making a frustrating situation.

Tail hole is too small and it's in the wrong position on the diaper. The diaper sits precariously on the end my dog. Just use human poise pads in a washable diaper and pray for no leaks.
