It distributes heat evenly and nothing absolutely nothing sticks to it

The lid although it fots well the handle on the top doesnt stay in place and i always have to screw it back

The only down side is that the decorative trim on the lid where the handle attaches traps water after washing it

If youre doing something like flipping eggs itll take you a few tries to get it just right since everything is very slippery
