Pros
It's nice to finally see a base big enough to keep the tree from tipping over. One of my cats always takes running leaps and this cat tree does not topple over.
For the people in the household it blends nicely with furniture. Very aesthetically pleasing piece.
Cat condos are great for the playful feline but are normally really ugly and attract hair like crazy. Even the detached ball my cat likes it lol.
It has everything a cat needs (scratcher, play toy, sleeping spot & more) the thing i like the most is that it’s not as ugly looking as the carpet covered monstrosities that are all too common.
The soft pads are removable to wash (hand wash only), and the string is very simple to remove and replace if needed. I like that the padding is detachable and the velcro straps are pretty strong. The velcro is also held in place with staples.
Cons
When the cat is on the top, there is very little area on top of the cube for it to get down.
