Pros

Comes with a pillow top mattress cover to take up slack between mattress and headboard. It is safer than scissors, which can do damage.

Cons

The mattress is 77 inches long. This means twinxl sheets slide around uncomfortably. Regular twin sheets are tight as a drum and deform the corners. Was hoping for more plush feel.

Was not air tight upon arrival. Had rip in plastic making difficult to open. Ended up having to come pick it up and dispose of it. I may just give it to someone who prefers sleeping on something that firm.

It's a piece of junk and the fault lies with the memory foam - it's an inferior substance that does not work. Low quality with short life.

The shipping was super fast and set up very easy

Packaging/appearance

It comes well wrapped and it is easy to set up

I highly recommend paying the extra service to carry in the rolled mattress unpack it take away the packaging and setting it on the bed

But it exploded out of the packaging and flew into the closet doors and bent them
