Durabilitywise it is a waterproof contact paper so with the seams caulked there shouldnt be any issues

My only concern is that due to the nature of contact paper it is susceptible to dents and scratches from rigid objects

My issue was the install maybe im not good with these things than others but this table took me over 2 hrs and the constant air bubbles were killing me despite following the given directions

Looks better than expected but it has bubbles that are not easy to get out
