The center spline does not twist as shown it is straight

Unlike the illustration these is no pe tape and the twisted pairs are loose withing their chambers

There is decent drain wire but the rip cord us useless and does nothing to the thick vinyl jacket

I made my own pull box from the reel by using a two foot piece of 2 inch id abs pipe 34 which is about 2 12 od and the hols is about 3 inches and the cardboard box
