Biggest problem ive had with this and it doesnt reflect on the manufacturer is i keep forgetting to turn it off so i drain it and its dead when i try to use it again

They contacted me a week after my purchase to check how i was liking it or not and they gave me the contact information in case anything goes wrong and i need support from them
