Can adjust the light up and down but cannot adjust the angle of the light which is unfortunate since it creates glare on the page

To compensate i have moved the lamp farther away because the bulb emits a strong blue white light

I loved this lamp for 7 years til the bulb burned out and the plastic lining disintegrated all at the same time
