My only complaint is that the veridian seems to sputter a little at the end of the cycle, but with no effect on or danger to me. This steamer is so much better than the overhyped mypuremist steamer!

Sits at a good height, with some room for adjusting. Works like a dream.

It really opens your sinuses gently and relieves chest congestion. Works well good for nasal congestion and cold. Helped greatly for her congestion. She had been prescribed a nebulizer and couldn't manage it.

Masks very stiff and difficult to attach. Second tank melts and fuses to the back of the device. Flimsy, cheap and not practical. Not really travel friendly.

Manual states that when water is depleted to turn off the switch in the middle of the cord immediately. No mark inside of main reservoir. Some sputtering of hot water is definitely unpleasant.
