Pros
Product is as described and serves the purpose for which it is intended. Provides excellent & accurate results. Really usefull for parents and even for medical doctors.
I’m a hall nurse and during this pandemic this little gadget comes in handy. Perfect to throw in my scrub pocket and take my residents temps.
Cons
This product is literally worthless for the intended use. While it may be easy to use and our daughter didn't mind it, it is totally inaccurate. It is very difficult to open the battery compartment.

I ended up getting a rectal thermometer from kinsa as well and would suggest just doing that because its more accurate for infants

The thermometer works well but i was surprised the first time i used it that there is no backlight behind the numbers so i have to get up and turn on my light to see what it says
