Im not sure how warm if outdoors for hours at a time but its 3m thinsulate material that is designed to keep warmer than other material
I have a pair of pricey north face “cold weather” gloves that are trash compared to these gloves and at a fraction of the price

I didnt get a chance to use the zipper pocket the xl fit as they should
