Only downside for me is that the main compartment is a smidge too deep. Otherwise it's a great bag for those outings where you only need your most essential items. What makes this useful is the amount of compartments in a lightweight bag.
This is just the right size for schlepping around. I love that it’s small enough for me to wear while i’m driving with my seatbelt on. The strap can be lengthened to be a crossbody.
Cons
The size of this is ridiculously small. It's disappointing the quality has been dropped with the higher prices. I'm sad that another good company has lost its once good reputable quality.
It has a bad design for the holding of the shoulder strap. The strap is a cotton canvas ribbon and wouldn't last in an extra gentle washer cycle. It no longer has the nice inside zipper pocket in the middle section.
