What i can tell you is these are a great deal for the price and the shoe itself is comparable to shimano shoes around the 100 price point entry to low intermediate
Considering i am no longer racing but riding for pleasure this is fine and actually makes the shoes a little easier to walk in not much but a little
If you are looking for a hard core race shoe this might not be the shoe for you
