The book is a must read for all vc backed startups. It provides a very useful introduction and overview of common concepts.

Also just closed on my new biotech’s seed round. It's no-nonsense, straight-down-to-the-weeds discussion of the mechanics of venture capital.

Learned a ton from the book. Mainly chose this book because of the authors' trusted career experiences. This is the first profession-related book i completed reading after i started working.
