Bought this for my grandson's bike not knowing the exact size needed. Perfect fit for a 20 inch womans bike. This is exactly what i needed for my knee scooter after foot surgery.
The basket is sturdy enough to carry things from the fridge to the counter. Sturdy and well made. The quality seems decent.
My son is so happy to have a 'boy basket' that is sturdy. My daughter is happy with it because it holds her piggy. My 9 year old granddaughter loves her basket. Her only comment is that she wishes it were a prettier color.
The wire hanger is flexible enough to fit a variety of handlebar configurations without being sloppy. It fit easily over the foam thing covering her front handle bar, and since it's foam it keeps this basket secure even without zip ties.
Cons

The sticker on the front is funny and its real cheap

It took forever to come and when it did it already had the plastic coating coming off of both the hooks that go over the handle bars

Only down side is my daughter dropped her bike and it bent not a problem but once bent the edges around the bend are very sharp
