I tried others but the power didnt work

The cables that came with my dvr worked fine with all my cameras except for a ptz camera that i added

When operating the ptz camera i would get a lot of noise in the video

Cable needed to power a ptz camera while a little too long it worked fine for one day

The next day the ptz camera went dead no video because of no power to the camera

I did some trouble shooting and discovered that the end where the camera power plugs into was indeed dead

I removed the connecting plug and installed another connector with the wires soldered in place

I inspected the original connector and found one wire negative side crimped solidly but the positive side was not
