Pros

A bit unusual, but worked out well. Not sure what all the reviews are about that say this thermostat works backwards. Very satisfied with the purchase.

This is used to control an attic fan. The unit is mounted in the roof space of my workshop and kicks the 2 amp exhaust fan on at 95 degrees.

Product is easy to install even with a very brief instruction. Saved me $200 of hiring a contractor. Easy to install.
