Pros
It is thicker and a better quality than we were expecting. Covered an old picnic table with it. Heavy weight remains crisp and crystal clear.
It is durable & easy to clean. I just wipe with a clean sponge and it is perfect. Have washed in the machine and dried lightly and looks good as new.
Cons

If you are that obsessive that you have to have it perfectly flat then dont bother using any plastic covers that come folded
