These are thick and comfy. Avoid tailbone discomfort during sittups. Huge improvement to my home workout setup.
This is what i was looking for and they were cheaper than the house/leading brands. Great quality, fast shipping. This does the job reasonably well.
Great flooring. No oily residue and the tiles lock tight. Memory foam padding.

I suggest you get the foam construction adhesive for the foam and i just dont like the floor its spongy and i dont think it will last more than one year the interlock is not bad but i dont recommend it to use for the floor its spongy at the interlock and i have it done and i have foam construction adhesive laid down to hold it tight

Not very good for weightlifting when squatting because of the cushion it makes it a bit unstable but very good otherwise

I’m using this under my stationary bike on hardwood floors and the bike wobbles a lot
