Installation took a little over an hour total most of it was spent trying to figure out what the instructions were trying to say

In all honestly this installation might go quicker if you just look at the parts in front of you and use common sense without the instructions

I looked at the picture on the front cover for determining orientation as the images in the manual are a little too close up to figure out where its going on the rower

These were when the silver track attaches to the fold point and putting the pedals together

Once you stop pulling the distance stops incrementing and the wheel stops turning when the resistance level is high

My 500m time on this machine is about double what it was on the concept 2

There are some pulls where it only moves 12 meters and the next pull will move 10 meters
