Unless i missed something… i assume that this was for a different model and they replaced the batteries with the wall plug connection

My display didnt work so i removed the display kept the power plugged in and unplugged the smaller plug from the back of the display and it turned on

This told me that the other end of the small plug the one that connects at the end of the seat rail was faulty

I plugged it back in and then plugged the other end into the back of the display then gave it power and it worked

My return window had closed at the time i didnt care i jumped on amazon chat and asked for them to refund the difference like amazon has done many times in the past
